Laying Low

A young cactus (I'm assuming it will grow up one day) lies close to the ground amongst the rocks on the valley floor. There are no "grown-ups" that I have seen so they either all stay down low or this little guy is a long way from home. That being said, he is now located on a kitchen window sill.....
